About this product

Clear colour with greenish glints. Elegant notes of quince, citrus fruit and white flowers. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with good minerality. Light, but with presence. Citrus acidity and excellent balance.

Winemaking

Val d'Erva and Vale do Povo (Mata vineyard) plots, sandy granite soil. Fully destemmed, pneumatic pressing, pre-fermentation settling at 8 °C for 24 hours, then fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled 15 °C.
