About this product

Violet, intense and lively. On the nose, blackberry, black cherry and plum, with a light floral touch and notes of spice. Balanced acidity brings freshness and great potential at the table. Full-bodied, silky and elegant, with ripe, well-integrated tannins.

Winemaking

Pedra do Lobo and Val d'Erva plots, sandy granite soil. Hand-harvested plot by plot into 20 kg boxes. Fully destemmed; each lot fermented separately in stainless steel at a controlled 25–28 °C. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
