Winemaking

At Quinta de São José, parish of Loureiro, Peso da Régua, from the grape varieties recommended in the Douro. Free-run juice, settled for 24 hours, then fermented for 25 days at controlled temperature in small stainless steel vats. Produced and bottled by Sónia Maria Alves Coelho Ermida.
